Aichi Triennale 2025 offers a variety of services and options, such as surtitles and audio guides, to ensure that performances and exhibitions are accessible and enjoyable for all. Please note that the availability of these services may vary depending on the exhibition, performance, or venue. We recommend checking the details for individual events in advance.

Accessibility services
For wheelchair users
- We recommend that visitors planning to attend in a wheelchair contact i-Ticket at 0570-00-5310 for details.
- Information about the accessibility options available at each venue will be announced shortly.
For visitors interested in Relaxed Performances
These performances ease standard theater etiquette—small sounds and entering/exiting during the show are welcome. Families with children and people with disabilities can enjoy the performance in a more comfortable setting. A relaxed lobby space and stage-view monitors are available. For more details on lighting and sound, feel free to contact us.
Durin Relaxed Performances;
- It’s okay to make a little noise or speak during the performance.
- You can move or sway your body.
- You may leave the seating area if you need a break. You may return to your seat afterward.
- We will provide a rest area in the lobby where you can watch the live feed on a monitor.
- Priority seats will be available for those who have difficulty returning to their seats or wish to move temporarily.
- Disposable earplugs are available for those who may find it difficult to enjoy the performance due to auditory sensitivity or other reasons.
* Please note that the Relaxed Performances have a different environmental design from regular performances. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Childcare Service
During the Aichi 2025 International Arts Festival, childcare services will be provided at Art Space D on the 12th Floor of the Aichi Arts Center.
“Overview of Childcare Services”
- Service Period:
- Childcare services will be available on weekends and public holidays from 9/13 (Sat) to 11/30 (Sun), between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
* If you are attending a performing arts performance that starts after 5:00 PM, childcare services will be available from 30 minutes before the show begins until 30 minutes after it ends, up to a maximum of 10:00 PM. - Childcare Hours:
- Childcare is available for up to 2 hours per child, in principle.
* If you are attending a performing arts performance, childcare services will be available from 30 minutes before the show starts until 30 minutes after it ends. - Venue:
- Art Space D on the 12th Floor of the Aichi Arts Center
- Target age group:
- Children between the ages of 3 and school entry age (Limited to 6 children)
- Usage fee:
- 1,000 yen per child per session
- How to use the service:
- Advance registration required in principle

Please register at least three days before the date of use. - Points to note:
If you bring a drink for hydration, please use a container with a secure lid and fill it with water.
(Food and drinks other than water are not allowed inside the venue. Please refrain from bringing tea, juice, or other beverages.) Childcare services cannot be used if your child shows symptoms of illness such as fever, diarrhea, or vomiting on the day of service.
